I am a part of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For the past two years, I have taken on many roles. In 2022, I was chosen for the roles of Merchandise Chair, Alumnae Relations Director, and Recruitment Events Director. While we were technically only supposed to have one role per term, the executive board saw my eagerness and decided I could do all the above positions. • Designed and sold merchandise that would show off the chapter in a positive light

• Culminated and maintained relationships with our alumni network by creating newsletters and social media posts

• Planned one event per semester for up to 300 people to celebrate and update alumni

• Organized primary recruitment events for 1,000+ people to increase membership

• Led a communications team of 15+ people, checking in with each team weekly and making sure that I assisted in all ways possible

  • The team consisted of members who focused on parents' weekend, merchandise, alumni relations, banners, social media, photography, websites, and more.

• Managed all Alpha Xi Delta social media, creating different posting schedules and content ideas for recruitment and non-recruitment periods.

  • During my time, our Instagram gained over 700 followers and reached roughly 5,000 non-follower accounts
